An easy and simple neuroscience-inspired writing method that transforms the gap between your current self and future vision into a bridge you cross daily.

Mental Rehearsal: Pick a future date and visualize yourself on that date.
It could be tomorrow, next week, or six months from now. Close your eyes and visualize. See it as vividly as possible. This is your future self living the outcome you desire.
Bring in sensory detail and infuse with emotion.
Use present tense. Describe what you see, hear, feel, smell, taste. Let the emotions flow onto the page.
Start with:
“It’s [day of week] morning, six months from now. I’ve solved [your problem]. Here’s what today looks like:”
You just wrote for 20 minutes. That took courage.
Take a breath.

#IMPORTANT - in the next 10 minutes:
Take action that moves you toward that future. It does not have to be big.
The key is momentum.
Small actions compound into transation.

Congratulations on taking this journey.
